Precaution For Use                                                                       

1 Storage  

 a) Do not open moisture proof bag before the products are ready to use.and kept at ≤30℃,≤90%RH

 b) After opening the package, LEDs should be stored at ≤30℃,≤60%RH

and be soldered within 24 hours. It is recommended that the product be operated at the workshop condition of 30℃ or less and 60%RH or less.

 c) If moisture absorbent material has fade away or LEDs expired storage time, baking treatment should be performed on the following condition: 80℃ for 24 hours.

 2 Static Electricity 

 1) LEDs are ESD and surge high sensitive device. Damaged led will show abnormal electrical performance

 2) All devices, equipment and machinery must be properly grounded. Wrist band or anti-electrostatic gloves, anti-electrostatic containers are recommended

Handling

1) Handle the component along the side surface by using forceps or appropriate tools.

2) Do not directly touch or handle the silicone lens surface. It may damage the internal circuitry.

3) Do not stack together assembled PCBs containing the internal circuitry.
