Fiberglass Insulated Copper Wire

1.Introduction: Fiberglass Film Wrapped Wire is the premium copper or aluminum wire to be wrapped with polyester film or polyimide film, then to be wrapped with single or double fiberglass. It should be impregnated incompatible insulating coatings of required thermal class,baked to make a whole between fiberglass, film and conductor. The product has high breakdown voltage and thermal classes of 130, 155, 180, 200. It is widely applied in reactors, transformers, electrical machines and other similar electrical instruments.

4.Material:

Aluminum rectangular wire should conform to GB5584.3-2009, the resistivity (20℃) is no more than 0.0280Ωmm²/m

Copper rectangular wire should conform to GB5584.2-2009, the resistivity (20℃) is no more than 0.01724Ωmm²/m
