Output: It is linear with electric signal of thermal resistor or millivolt signal of thermocouple within DC 4~20mA signal , linear with temperature of thermal resistance or thermocouple.

Note: The output and input of isolated temp transmitter is isolated, the isolated voltage is 0.5kv. Basic error: compute formulas delt=delt 1+delt 2,

delt 1 is allowed deviation of thermocouple

delt 2 is basic error of transmitter ±0.5%FS

Load: Limit load calculation as follows,

R1(max)=50×(Vmin-12)

(The load resistance can be selected from 0~600 ohm in 24V, and the rated load is 250 ohm)

SBW Series explosion-proof intrinsic safe transmitter with thermocouple or RTD is field mounting type instrument. It combines the thermocouple (resistance) with the transmitter as a whole, directly measures the temp of vapor, gas and liquid in a variety of industrial temperature from -200 to 800℃, and converts the temperature signal into 4~20mA DC unified output signal which is in direct proportion with the thermocouple/thermal resistor temperature or the output electric signal, and then send it to display meter, recorder, adjusting meter or computer.
