Orthopedic under cast padding  is kind of synthetic protective orthopedic bandage.Cast pading adopts medical nonwoven cloth, cotton or polyester as its raw material. It is the second layer in the cast application process. It is placed over top of the stockinette. Cast padding provides a cushion between the limb and the hard outer shell (fiberglass or polyester cast tape or plaster bandage) of the orthopedic cast.
