  Vehicle Frame Straightener W-2 Features

 

1. Bench faceplate is formed from a single cut high intensity steel plate for high strength and rigidity, which provides a good place serving for several purposes.
2. The vertical lifting bench makes it easy to load vehicles. The bench working height can be adjusted between 320 mm and 610 mm as required.
3. The two pulling towers driven by hydraulic pneumatic pumps can turn 360 degrees along the bench rail, making work on all sides of the vehicle fast and efficient. Their strong pulling force and unique way of fixing make them operated reliably and no blind point.
4. Adjustable general-purpose clamps can do any misshape correction work, and save the trouble to unload the clamps when loading vehicles onto the bench.
5. Mechanical self-lock device driven by pneumatic system can realize long-distance operation, which ensures safe lifting of the bench and can prolong the life of oil cylinder.  
6. The flexible and accurate three-dimensional laser measuring system can make measurement and repair at the same time.
7. The mechanical streamline design of auxiliary clamps is almost considered all deformation correction.
8. The movable secondary lift system enables cars to be loaded on the bench and be repaired more quickly and easily.
