Stone crasher Working Principle 

The Stone crasher -- cone crasher is mainly composed of frame, fixed cone assembly, movable cone assembly, spring mechanism, bowl pedestal part, transmission device and so on, and the auxiliary device includes electrical system, diluted oil lubrication station and hydraulic cleaning chamber system. When Stone crasher -- cone crasher works, the motor drives the drive shaft through the pulley and V-belt .The drive shaft and a pair of bevel gear make the eccentric sleeve rotating and this makes the cone axis swing, so sometimes the crushing wall is near the rolling mortar wall, but sometimes they are far away from each other. Stones in the crushing cavity are extruded, impacted, and boned continuously, finally they are crushed.

The following picture show a customer's stone product line. The whole product line includes vibrating feeder, jaw crasher, cone  crasher, vibrating screen and belt conveyors. The raw material is fed into jaw crasher through vibratong feeder for primary crusher, then is transported to cone crasher for fine crushing, then the material is transported fo vibrating screen to be separated into different sizes. The bottom right picture is complex whole production line.

The stone crasher machine is fixed tightly when it is sent to the port by professionale truck. Before shipped, it is covered by waterproof material to avoid moisture and rough handling.
