Each Pixel Light can work and give different colors independently, even on one same line, each lamp can be giving a different color, LED controller can control each light singly.

1. Smart RGB led pixel light is with inside IC, LED controller can control each single light, changing effect is programmable

3. LED controllers for both types are different, Smart RGB led pixel light needs programmable led controllers
