Actually it depends on the products. For low value products, we will provide free spls, freight collect. But for some high value spls, it need spl cost and freight collect.Pls informed that all spls cost and freight cost can be returned back to you after order placed. You're welcomed to email us for checking.

3. How can I get a sample to check your quality?
After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality.

4. Can you do the designs for us?
