Description:

Sanxing FD1 linear actuators are small in size with ability to lift from small to high force. Each unit comes with 2 wires, internal limit switches (non-adjustable) and mounting hole on each end. The actuators are developed for both push and pull applications and have a very robust construction. They are very popular in furniture, medical equipment, consumer products, and hobby design. For example, the FD1 linear actuator can be used as hospital bed linear actuator. 

Sanxing  FD1 electric actuators, 12/24v dc motors are equipped with a plug for connection of an exchangeable cable with a control box / power supply. This gives allows standard actuators to be combined with different cable lengths.

The control box is the heart of the system and connects the outlying units ( actuators and handsets ). It is able to convert control signals from the handset into operating voltage for the actuator. Using a control box is the simplest way to set up and implement the actuator into your application, no tools or wiring required.

Wired Handset / Control Switch ( HA4 ) --------Control 2 Linear Actuators

The handset is the unit to be used when you want the SANXING system ( SANXING actuator + SANXING control box + SANXING handset ) to perform a movement. The handset has the up/down position control. It determines whether the control box will make the actuator move in or out.

Working Principles / Connection of SANXING System:

* Don't connect the main cable until all actuators and handsets have been connected to the control box.

* Check that all plugs are will connected and firm pushed into the connection plug.

* The actuator can be operated by pushing a button on the handset. Use only one button at a time.
