This styel pressure sensitive hot melt adhesive designed for Top grade labels and other composite material. With balanced performance in tack, holding power and peel strength, it can bond many kinds of substrates such as plastics, paper, metal, cloth and so on.

 

Composition:     Thermoplastic rubber and synthetic resins

Gardener Color: Light yellow

Qualification:(room temperature 23±2°C; Test of coated:24±2 g/m2)

125 °C	88500 Cps
150  °C	21400Cps
175 °C	8500Cps

 

Ring and Ball softening point: 100 ºC

Rolling ball tack:more than or equal to 20#

Holding power: above 25Hr.

180°peel strength to steel: above  22 N/inch

Foreign materials: Invisible by naked eyes

Application methods: slot or roller or spray

Recommended application temperature: 140~170 ºC

Shelf Life: 1Year in dry and cool environment                

Packaging: 25 Kgs /box, cakes wrapped with release paper
