 Food Semi-Automatic food sealing machine is widely used in all models of the pumping tissue case boxes and food boxes. It carries out the idea that manual packing the  material, but auto-spout the glue and sealing.Comparing to manual sealing, it largely enhance the efficiency. Our product is adopted stainless steel, more attractive and durable. When stained with hot melt adhesive, it can complete at least 50 to 80 boxes per minute.

 Operating Instruction

This is the original looks of the box.

Fold the box as the shape as what you see now, then put the material in by manual, and fold it like picture 2.

 Next, put the box in the part as what you see in the pictureboth sides of the box must be unfolded. (There is a little deviation in this picture.)

 How to adjust different operation to fit different kinds of box?

1. Cut off power supply and aeration to make sure the safety

2. Replace the suitable box mold (six pieces). Pushing plate and rising plate in right place, adjust the width of material-entering groove precisely, regulate the width of both side plates by shaking the hand wheel, and adjust the switch of light hole in suitable place,  then, tighten the screw.

3. Move the gelatinized component to the right place, and tighten the screw.
