Product Description

AMVS soft starter panel main features:

- Controlled by internal microcomputer and PLC

- With colored HMI touch screen, English or Chinese Text

-Solid state product backed by MV power electronic devices and modern control technology

-The constitution

AMVS is mainly composed of MV SCRs ( silicon controlled rectifier) , vacuum contactor, signal sampling circuit, trigger circuit, power driver circuit, main control board, optical fiber isolation signal cables, secondary relay control circuit, enclosure and other parts.

-How does it work?

The initial voltage of starting can be set flexibly according to the actual situation and demand of the equipment. The lowest set point is 15% of the supply voltage, the highest is 90%.Thus the motor has a larger starting torque and smaller starting current which reduces the requirement of power grid capacity required by equipment operation and saves the investment of related equipment. It reduce the impact stress to motor itself and to the machinery which can prolong the service life of motor and the machinery.
