We have carbide and HSS end mills, brazed end mills, rough end mills and indexable milling cutters with full range of sizes and different brands such as MISUBISH, HITACHI, SUMITOMO, TOSHIBA, etc..

• Radial Rake controlled: within +/- to ensure consistent tool performance
• Center cutting on every two flute, three flute and four flute end mills
• Web, cheek, ramp and helix angle ground to geometrically controlled toleances to ensure faster chip flow
• Geometrically controlled ends, meet or exceed NAS specifications
• T.I.R controlled to 1/3 industry standards to ensure equal flute wear
• O.D. tolerances of +0.001/-0.001 on selected series, with primary relife angle super finished to 4 to 6 RMS
