ThisFood grade ester gum is tint lucidity solid grain; The acid value is between 5.0 and 8.0 mgKOH/g; The Color is no more than 7(APHA); The softening point is between 85 and 88 centigrade degree; The proportion under 25 centigrade degree is between 1.080 and 1.090; The ash constituent is no more than 0.1 percent; The content of arsenic is no more than 0.0002 percent; The content of heavy metal is no more than 0.002 percent
