Fumaric Acid, used as an acidulant, has bacteriostatic and antiseptic function. It also can be used as acidity regulator, acidifier,

thermal-oxidative resisting auxiliary, curing accelerant and spice. Besides, we can use it as acidic substance of effervescent agent,

produing extended and exquisite bubbles.
