Organic White Balsamic Vinegar with Organic Honey

The product you are holding, is the result of combining white vinegar from hand picked grapes to spring heath honey, collected tenderly from beekeepers on the slopes of Pindos mountain.  RAW MATERIAL CHARACTERISTICS

GRAPES: Hand-picked grapes of the Greek, white wine variety "Roditis". Average yield per acre: 800 to 1000 kilos with a sugar content of 22-24 brix.
REGION: "Mamouzia" vineyards, on the slopes of Egialia wine region, in north - west Peloponnese were PDO "Ahaia" wine is produced.
HONEY: Organic Honey Unfiltered, with a high concentration of pollen, from the slopes of Pindos, at an altitude of 1.500m.

TECHNICAL FEATURES AND TASTE QUALITIES

COLOR: Light yellow with rose highlights, typical of Roditis variety.
AROMA: a hint of tropical fruits, aroma of citrus, intense aroma of honey.
TASTE: strong sour taste with a hint of lemon.
AFTERTASTE: Aftertaste of citrus fruits and honey.
SHELF LIFE: 36 months.
BOTTLED: DORICA round clear glass bottle of 250ml, cases of 6 or 12 bottles.
ACIDITY: 6 - 6,3.
INGREDIENTS: wine grape vinegar, of Roditis grape variety, flower honey from spring heath.
