Description:

Wasabi is a root vegetable which will be grinded into powder. It is green and has a strong hot flavor which dissipates within a few seconds and leaves no burning aftertaste in your mouth. It contains protein, vitamin and trace element and helps to anti-bacteria. Its special taste can reduce fishy smell and is a necessity for fresh fish food. Usually it goes with sashimi soy sauce.

Application:
