• Tonkotsu (pork) soup at this ramen is based on pig bone essence for rich taste.
• The ramen noodles are straight and simple taste, and they matches with the rich soup.

1. Pour the concentrated soup into a warmed bowl
2. Boil 1L water and put the ramen noodle for 2 minutes.
3. Add 260ml boiled water into the bowl
4. Cut the moisture of noodles and add them into the bowl
5. Add ingredients and vegetables you would like (ex: meat, Chinese bamboo shoots or green onion)
