Product Description

Application: This type of product is halogen-free, without glass fiber or asbestos, complying with the EUROHS standards. It is mainly used for export-type flame-retardant halogen-free cable, flame-retardant mine cable, marine cable, high-temperature-resistant cable, flame-retardant cable and other required softness flame-retardant cable. It has the advantage of good softness, tensile strength and fire resistance, cost-effective, specially suit for small bore flame-retardant cable and require high softness flame-retardant cable.

Be made of 100% fire-resistant polyester fiber. It is compressing molded, after dipping, bonding, drying. It is thin, light, and fire-resistant with longitudinal strength. It is mainly used in electric cable for insulating, binding and wrapping.

Compare with the ordinary non-woven fabric in the current market. (the different between the New PET Thin Non-woven Fabric (thickness 0.1±0.02mm, weight 30g/m²) and the ordinary non-woven fabric(thickness 0.2mm, weight 110g/m²))

In the same condition, using 1 ton new PET non-woven fabric, and it needs to use 4 tons ordinary non-woven fabric.

Using the new PET non-woven fabric can make the production efficiency improve 5%, and tight, no up-warp, no wavy.
