Stainless Steel corn starch production line from China -Multistage Hydrocyclone Unit
Multi-stage hydrocyclone unit is to remove soluble and insoluble protein,fine fiber,sugar and raw starch slurry,is a key equipment of concentration,washing and refinement process in starch production.It can guarantee a stable operation,reliable control,less water consumption and the target to avoid starch-runaway.
Features:
- Single hydro cyclong tubes combination system,easy to change and cost-saving;
- Super stable control system specially desing by SGT,ensures higher product quality;
- Completely made of stainless steel;
- Self-developed and fabricated centrifugal pump with shrouded impeller,specially for tuber starch processing.It has stable output and better performance.
- Single cyclones is made of FDA approved material.
For starch production, multi-cyclone is used to concentrate and washing the starch milk. Single cyclone tube is made of high wearable engineering plastics.
The housing includes three compartments for inlet, overflow and bottom flow.
