The main stand-alone equipment

1.Raw material conveying unit
The main purpose of this unit is to potatoes in the potato yard by the water flow into the spiral to enhance the screw conveyor, and then transported through the trough to the stone machine. In the process of transport, potatoes in the water constantly rolling friction, can make the potato peeling off the soil, played a very good cleaning effect.

2.In addition to stone cleaning unit


Clean raw materials play an important role in the processing of potatoes, so the removal of stone and washing units is the most important in the pretreatment stage of raw materials. This unit is to the potato in the sand, dirt and other foreign objects completely removed, the clean potato stored in the temporary storage of potato hopper

Performance and use

Rasp mill is widely used in starch processing industry, the material is rasher broken. Starch production line is the key stand-alone equipment

Rasp unit is the most important link of influence of cassava starch extraction yield.Efficient file mill can let cassava starch granules in the cells completely released, ensure that the combination of the potato residue in starch content down to a minimum.

3.Sand removal unit

Application:

De-sanding cyclone functions as key equipment in starch process for removing sands and other heavy particles from rasp slurry after rasper.  It works before starch extraction process, which can protect the equipment thereafter, prolong the whole production line operation life, and improve starch quality.   De-sanding cyclone can be used to remove heavy particles from other fluids as well.

4.Sieve extraction unit

Application:

Centrifugal Sieve is  separate the fine fiber from starch slurry after rasping and desanding process for higher starch extraction rate, It is developed by the international leading technology and large numbers of experience. It also can be used for wheat and bean starch extraction.

Feature:

1.Stainless steel sieve plate and multi-layer composite screen ensure long service life, high efficiency, and meet food grade starch requirements.

2.Independently developed de-foaming pump and low-placed motor can ensure the stable performance.

3.Completely closed combination structure, no intermediate tanks needed.

5.The washing unit is concentrated
   Multi - stage cyclone station

Application:

Multi-stage Hydrocyclone Unit is widely used in concentration, rinsing and refining of starch milk as key equipment for removing soluble and insoluble protein, fine fiber, sugar and etc. It realizes all-in-one functions from concentration, recovery, cleaning and fine fiber separating.

Feature:

Adopt combination system of single cyclone tube made of FDA approved material, for easy maintain and low cost.  It also utilize medium-high pressure for higher rinsing efficiency.

 The specially processed surface is made of SS material of wholly oil and dirt resistant. The hydro-cyclone chamber adopts the best seal technology to avoid leakage, ensures that the material is not contaminated.

Centrifugal pump specially developed for potato starch with shrouded impeller guarantees the stable performance. Combined with the automatic control system, high quality products can be achieved.

Different types of hydro cyclone are available for different raw materials.  They feature easy operation and maintenance.

6.Dewatering unit
  Vacuum dehydration
 

Application:

Vacuum filter absorbs domestic and international advanced technology, and is widely used in starch, medical, food, chemical and other industries for solid-liquid dehydration separation.

1,Sepecially designed fabricated filter careen ensures high output rate and efficiency;

2,Open drum design results in consistent water content of dewatered product;

3,Robust structure,stainless steel frame carbon steel; A unique oil pan is equipped at the bottom of the bearing seat which guarantees a higher hygiene requirement; Integration of vacuum tank and vacuum pump structure saves installation space and time.

7.Drying unit
    Airflow dryer

Application:

The flash dryer is not only suitable for all kinds of tuber starch drying, but also suitable for other heat sensitive powder or flake materials that needs fast drying.

Features:

1. We can provide either high pressure or low pressure drying system according to customer needs. Specially designed drying pipes can reduce the total height and ensure high drying efficiency. Also it is easy to install and maintain.

2. Equipped with heat recycling device to increase heat efficiency; Equipped with automatic moisture adjusting device and product cooling system to ensure product quality.

3. Compared to the traditional technology, it can reduce energy consumption greatly.

8.Automatic Control System

Application:

The automatic control system is developed based on our equipment by SGT independently.  By collecting processing parameters and displaying working-status, the system enables starch processing equipment to work efficiently under the optimum processing conditions. Long time practice has proved the high efficiency of the system.
