Making different animal feed pellets, such as chicken feed, cattle feed, rabbit feed, fish feed, shrimp feed etc. 

Flow Chart of Animal Feed Production Line

(1) Material receiving System  Generally, the semi automatic line or small capacity line is receiving the materials by pit. Large capacity will be quipped with silos to storage materials. Then the material is fed into the next step by bucket elevator. Sometimes, granular pre-cleaning machine is necessary.

(2) Crushing System  The hammer mill will grind the material, like maize, wheat, barely into powder. Secondly, the powder pre-cleaning machine will separate the residual.

(3) Mixing System   The mixer will mix the powder materials and other additives evenly. The liquid adding system can be added to the mixer machine.

(4) Pelletizing & Cooling System  The cattle feed mill equipment will process the mixed powder materials into feed pellets. And the feed pellets is cooled through cooler to avoid the feed surface cracking. The crumbler can be added to process the feed pellets into small granular pieces, which can be added according to customers' request.

(5) Sifting & Packing System  The sifter will separate the standard pellets and powder, so that the powder can be re-used. Finally, the feed pellets is packed into plastic bags by the automatic packing machine. The weight range is 5kg, 10kg, 15kg, 20kg, 25kg and so on.
