This series of crushers are mainly used for crushing various materials with compression strength less than 320 MPa. The kinds of products have a feature of big crushing ratio, uniform end product size, simple construction, reliable operation, easy maintenance, low operating cost and so on. It is widely used in mining, metallurgy, construction material, highway, railway, water conservancy and chemical industries and so on.

Working principle:

Motor drives eccentric axis to rotate through belt pulley, makes movable jaw approach periodically, leaves fixed jaw. Thereby materials are squeezed, rubbed, crushed etc. In Oder to discharge materials form the discharge gate, this action will make the materials become smaller and fall down.

The PE serial jaw crusher mainly consists of main frame, movable( swing ) jaw, eccentric shaft, toggle plates etc. The electric motor passes power via V-belt pulley to the eccentric shaft to make the movable jaw moves in mesh, therefore, materials in crushing chamber can be crushed.
