This product opens new possibilities for stockpiling, barge loading and rail car loading with the unique benefit of complete mobility offering high performance, universal application and complete flexibility to receive material direct from tipping trucks or shovels or even grab cranes without permanent civil works or any fixed equipment.

 

 

The tyre mobile piling equipment could be applied for all kinds of blocky and granular material. It’s composed of mobile unit, loading unit, conveying belt unit, arm stretch unit, piling system, hydraulic pressure control system, driver ‘s room and electricity supply unit(mobile power generator or wire rolls). Its characteristics are: all units are installed on a mobile platform, which enable it move among piles of materials. It adopts tyres for heavy trucks; therefore it needs no fixed rails, which increase the availability of yard. Both loading unit and piling unit are integrated into 1 arm, fixed on a common platform, forming a integrated mobile piling equipment. The conveying belt system is a straight type. The arm stretching unit adopts hydraulic pressure support or control.  The angle of piling arm could be adjusted for better piling. The power supply could be connected to mobile power generator or other fixed power supply by wire rolls. The whole system is highly independent The large piling yards with stable material supple could adopt fixed loading and piling equipment. The piling equipment adopted in some temporary piling yard has low efficiency. Small grain material could not be piled to a certain height, meanwhile it may cause high risks. While pile big grain material, the mobile piling equipment may roll on the material, breaking material structure, which finally contributes to financial loss.  The simple piling equipment on current market has below disadvantages:   Low piling efficiency, little pilling height and non-applicable in dust. Compared with them, our equipment has following advantages: Wide application: this equipment is adoptable for many kinds of material, with a piling speed of 600M3/hour. Flexible application: no fixing facility in the port is needed, nor port facility expansion is needed. When it is not used, all mobile parts and units could be uninstalled, causing little influence to port operation. It could be used for piling at any position of the yard, for the sake of making full use yard. In addition, the equipment could be moved to other place easily, which increase the availability of equipment. Scientific design: the loading unit has a stabilizing function, guaranteeing continuous, average, stable material supple. The whole system has achieved environmental friendly piling standing. Both application of hydraulic pressure pulling support and pushing support could adjust the piling arm to the lowest position, reducing piling distance. When dusty material is loaded, the loading part unit would change to a sealing unit with a rubber cover. It could equip with soft tube and adjustable steel frame to reduce dust. A cloth cover could be added to piling unit. Meanwhile this equipment could be set in any position of the port and the long stretch arm has enable large area piling and high piling speed. System integrity: the mobilized loading equipment has contributed to high unloading speed of trucks, increasing transporting speed. The power connection and mobile power generator has provide its adaptability to different environments. For example, covers could be provided for dusty material and de-ironing separator could be provided when there is iron in material. Investment profitability: when the original equipment could not meet the requirements of piling new material, when the yard operation ability needs improvement, when there are different kinds of goods piling in yard, the mobile piling equipment is the best choice. The independence of mobile piling equipment could enable its mobility after piling or yard rent ends. In addition, it could be sold, and the strong demand in the second hand market has ensure its residual value, which also reduce risks of investment.

System introduction 1. Mobile system: the mobile unit adopts self-driven system, tyres, axles, axlestree and hydraulic pressure motor in the driving equipment. The tyres chooses heavy truck tyres. 2. Conveying belt system: it’s composed of driving tube, directing tube, roller, conveying belt, cleaning unit, safety guard equipment,  tensioning equipment and metal framework etc.. 3 Stretch arm adjusting system: it includes hydraulic pressure system and fixing frame. The hydraulic pressure system is installed between stretch arm and equipment mobile frame. It introduces 2 oil cylinder rollers for adjusting stretch arm. The arm could be adjust around 10°—25o horizontally. 4. Loading system: it could ensure material could be transported to conveying bell averagely. 5. Hydraulic control and hydraulic pressure station: it could provide support to mobility, oil cylinder roller support frame and pulling system’s adjustment, far-near adjustment and mobilization.  6. Electricity applicants: supported by power distribution, Hydraulic power section, control unit, lighting unit, signal display unit and safety signal protection. The mobile power generator could fulfill the power requirement of loading machine and other matched side equipment.

 

 

 

Principle of operation The mobilization unit of piling equipment uses self-driven syste, and adopts heavy truck tyres. According to user’s investment size and piling yard situation, it could directly move, crossly move and both. The direct move could provide convenient mobilization to equipment; the cross move is adoptable in long yard, but not convenient. The all-direction move could solve the above mentioned issues but at a high price. The mobilization could be controlled conveniently via control rod in driver’s room.  There is supporting point in both front and end of the equipment. When the piling equipment is in the position and begins loading, the supporting points shall stretch out via oil cylinder roller for the sake of protecting tyres. The conveying system is installed on the piling arm, connecting to loading unit and loading part of the belt. When material is loaded into conveying belting system, material shall be transported from conveying belt to vibration piling tube, which ensures continuous working of piling equipment.  In order the lower piling point and reduce collision between materials, adjustment could be made via 2 oil cylinder roller arm support frame or pulling roller, while the height of pilling could be determined by length of oil cylinder. The mobilized piling equipment, vibration before roller or shaking cloth tube could make sure material are piled averagely in different position. The convenience provide by the mobility of equipment could ensure piling at any position. Here is a mobile power generator designed for piling equipment, which provide further mobility to it. No matter there is power supply or not and what voltage of the power supply, the piling equipment could work independently.
