 I.         Product introduction

1. Expelling function

u  The product shall be applied in expelling peanuts (hulling). For walnuts (hulling and triturating into size of peanuts), camellia (hulling and triturating into size of peanuts); Black/ White Sesame, sunflower seed (hulling), vegetable seed… it is suggested to select raw materials with high oil extraction rate to squeeze.

u  For the product, it is not suggested to utilize crops with low oil extraction rate such as soybean, and maize etc., the crop is normally used as refining grease with chemical leaching valve, and it is also not applicable for the crops with shelled crops.

2. Service environment

u  It is for indoor use. The product is not suitable for commercial usae, or it may shorten service life of the products.

u  If indoor temperature is lower than 17 ℃, it can immerse barrel and press lever into boiled water and upgrade press efficiency.

Attention:

1. 1.      It shall not use musty peanuts when selecting.
2. 2.      It shall use White Sesame with shell when selecting (most are with pocking mark), it can’t use White Sesame with hulling (most are crystal and clear kinds in supermarket.)
3. 3.      It shall use sundried Black Sesame; and oil can be seen after crumbing in hand.

III. Operation instructions

For initial usage

1. 1.  The machine shall be taken out from packing –case, and body and leak shall be wiped with dry cloth.
2. 2.  Rinse thoroughly screw, barrel, oil cup, filter screen, broken pressing piece, and brusher.

Operation steps

5.To press “Start”, it starts executive program. As shown in Figure 5. After starting, product will automatically warm-up (about 5-7 minutes), after warming-up is completed, it can feed materials when barrel starts revolving.

6.When extracting smaller particles of raw materials like sesame, less materials shall be fed, it is about 10g, when barrel smoothly makes slag-out, six or seven times shall be repeatedly made, after slag is extruded from slag hole, all shall be poured into hopper. When extracting larger particles of raw materials, it can be directly poured into hopper.

7. After oil is extracted, please softly touch “Reverse” key for 3-5 times (it is convenient to take out barrel and press lever), then unplug power cable, wear heat insulating gloves to open hopper, and clean up barrel and press lever.

8.Usage time

It is suggested to use the product less than 1 hour each time (it may enter into shutdown protection status if it is overused, if accumulation time surpasses above-mentioned suggestion time, it requires to stop and cool down for three hours.

Reversal function

1. A.    After machine works up to set time, it shall firstly stop motor, give an alarm, then reverse for 10 seconds.
2. B.     If power surpasses set threshold value during extracting, machine immediately makes sound alarm, at the same time, motor reverses for 5-8 seconds, then the work continues.
3. C.     After oil extraction, please use “Reverse” function for 3-5 times so as to be convenience for disassembling the barrel.

 Oil extraction and cleaning method of oil press

1. 1.      Gathering oil materials and crushed aggregates, please take out oil cup firstly, then remove and fetch feed box so as to avoid spraying oil materials.
2. 2.      To disassemble, left hand presses hopper switch, and right hand rotates hopper and turns upward to open.

u  Attention: To wear heat insulating gloves when operating, it is forbidden to touch heating emission piece at the bottom of hopper.

1. 3.      Hand plate of locking ring shall be tuned in to unlocking identification. To wear heat insulating gloves to hold the barrel. The barrel shall be retreated along with horizontal direction.

1. 4.      When cleaning, please wipe barrel and press lever by wet cloth and small amount of detergent, it shall wash and brush up inside and outside the barrel as well as press lever with hair brush, then, it will be ok after rinse with clean water. After cleaning, it shall dry up by soft cloth or make natural drying, then it is available for usage after packaging.

u  Attention: After usage each time, it shall press “Reverse” key, reverse for 3-5 times. It is convenient for disassembling the barrel and press lever.

Don’t wipe stainless steel surface with sharp tools so as to avoid scratching and affect oil extraction effect next time.

 Oil treatment

1. Natural precipitation method. It shall be ok after making virgin oil quiescence for some time (about 8 hours), the upper layer is edible oil, and bottom layer is condiment, both can be used for cooking or making cold food.

2. Oil filter fittings specially designed by the company is to make refined filtration for extracted oil product.

 Oil storage

Please pour extracted oil products into glass bottle and keep in a cool and dark place. It is suggested to complete consumption of oil products within one to two weeks so as to guarantee fresh taste.

VII. Safety precautions

 Danger

• Ø  It shall be sure not to immerse power wire of main machine into water or any other liquids.
• Ø  The product has one heating part, therefore, its surface will produce higher temperature. Because different persons possess difference perception degrees of temperature, it must work carefully when using the product. Please don’t move the product during its working. It can’t touch heating part of main body when opening the hopper, and heat insulating glove must be worn when disassembling the barrel and threaded rod so as to avoid scald.
• Ø  The product program possesses the function of setting over-usage protection. When the product is over-used, press lever will reverse, then it stops work ( reverse is return of material,it is convenient to take out barrel and press lever. Stop function is to protect products not to be damaged). In this case, it can be only re-used after cooling down (2-3 hours).

 Warning 

1. 1.    Before the product is powered on, it shall firstly confirm the voltage indicating at the bottom of the product conforms to local voltage or not.
2. 2.    The product can only use socket with grounding wire.
3. 3.    Don’t make power wire exposed to surface with high temperature.
4. 4.    Don’t hang up power wire at the desktop or the edge of worktable where the product is.
5. 5.    If plug, power wire or product itself is damage, please don’t use the product.
6. 6.    If power supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by manufacturer or its Maintenance Department or relevant professional staffs.
7. 7.    The product can be only used with suitable supporting adapter.
8. 8.     Please don’t use any fittings without manufacturer’s recommendation.
9. 9.    The product is suitable for the usage by over 12 years old. The staff with physical or spirit handicap, or lacking of relevant knowledge and experience is required to be used with the guidance of their guardian.

10.Children shall be taken good care, and it shall ensure them not to play with these products. It is forbidden to make the child below 8 years old clean or maintain the product by themselves without the custody.

11.Don’t put the product or power wire at the place where the child below 8 years old can be touched.

12.It is sure not to connect the product with external timer or independent remote control system so as to avoid the danger.

13.When it doesn’t use the product or before cleaning, please turn off the machine, then pull out the socket of power supply.

14.It is sure not to use the product which is placed on high temperature fuel gas or electric heating stove or beside it. Please keep usage and storage of the product away from any heat source or flammable and combustible products.

15.When machine works, please don’t touch heating piece and high-temperature barrel.

16.Please don’t insert metal or other conducting material into oil press so as to avoid fire or short circuit.

17.Please don’t put metal or hard object into barrel so as to avoid stuck machine.

18.When disassembling the barrel, please don’t beat on the barrel.

19.Before or after usage, it must clean up barrel and press lever each time.

20.Please don’t use the product for other purpose without recommendation of manufacturer.

 Attention

1. 1.      When extracting small size of oil crops (white sesame, vegetable seed), small amount of materials shall be firstly filled, when extracting starts, it shall firstly fill in 10g, then, wait for about 15 seconds, waste slag of oil material will be extruded from the barrel, then 10 g will be filled in, after last work is repeated for about one and half minute, all shall be poured into the hopper. Then, it starts normal extracting.
2. 2.      Small size of oil crops (vegetable seed, flax, sesame) must be hot pressed, hot-pressing means to be heat up oil plants by microwave oven or cooking kettle, it shall heat up for 5 minutes. After oil plant is heated up, it shall be pressed within one minute.
3. 3.      Pressed oil shall be freshly extracted and eaten, and it is better not to be overnight so as not to damage freshness and nutrition of freshly pressed oil.
4. 4.      If pressing is completed, it shall disassemble timely when program enters into completion status, it will be helpful to separate and rinse the barrel and pressing lever.
5. 5.      If operation is improper or power is off in the midway, it results in abnormal separation between barrel and pressing lever. Please power-on again, single key shall be pressed for about 3-5 seconds, motor automatically reverses, then power is off, it shall disassemble barrel and pressing lever.
6. 6.      If material is not easy to fill in, it can mix with chopsticks, and help to fill in and press when pressing large particle of crops like peanuts and sunflower seed etc. Be careful: sunflower seed shall be pressed according to peanut program.
7. 7.      When the machine is used for the first 10 to 15 times, it shall not be frequently used, it is suggested to use once per day, and it can be also used only 2-3 times after passing grinding period, so it can extend service life of the machine.
8. 8.      It is forbidden to rinse with cold water when oil cup is in high temperature.
9. 9.      When selecting peanuts, it shall not use musty peanuts or cold peanuts after frying ( it must be dry or warm peanuts which is just fired.)
10. 10.  When selecting White Sesame, it shall select White Sesame with shell (most are with small amount of pocking mark), it can’t select White Sesame with hulling (most of the transparent and clear kind in supermarket).
11. 11.   For Black Sesame, fresh ones shall be selected, but too much dry-up ones can’t be selected.

VIII. Common failure and its solution

Except maintenance staff, it is forbidden to dismantle and repair without authorization.

If buzzer keep sending out alarm sound during the usage, please don’t dismantle and handle without authorization, please send it to manufacturing dealer or appointed service department where you are for repairing or maintenance, and report error will be recorded on display when alarm is sent out, so maintenance staff can immediately find out where the problem is and repair it within shortest period.
