1. Machine features 

1) Main frame is welded by steel pipe and thick steel plate, which makes the structure of principal machine becoming more secured and compact. 

2) Adopted through-press wire roller, organzine is convenient to be adjusted itself. 

3) Weft wire feed part adopts pinch roller for forward, aligning and sizing, adjusting to the designed dimension automatically, and then cut off by mechanical slicer automatically, it is of fast speed, exact dimension and high efficiency. 

4) Wire-pressing part: deliver the weft to twist nozzle by wire-pressing hook, so as to make a ring shape. 

5) Split-type is adopted for rolling part, which creates a certain distance between wire side and machine, so that meshes can be repaired without stopping machine when damages appeared, thus the production efficiency would be improved.
