1. Brief Introduction of Shaking Bed:

Shaking Bed also means Shaking Table or Table Concentrator is used to classify the granularity 2-0.2 millimeters ore and ore slime the rank tungsten, the niobium, the manganese, the chromium, the titanium, the zinc,the gold, the iron and other  metallic minerals.

2. The Working Principle of Shaking Bed:

The process of Shaking Bed(Shaking Table/Table Concentrator) is putting up in incline beds, ore grain enter the feeding groove from the upper  corner, so the mine grains do portrait and landscape orientation moving along the bed under the gravity, water impulsive force, inertia and friction when beds are doing to-and-fro dissymmetry moving. And mine grains with different proportion and granularity will flow down like sector along their own direction from A to B, discharge from fine ore size and gangue side separately, and be separated as fine ore, common ore, and gangue.

3. The Instruction of Shaking Bed:

(1). Examine products quality before installation:

Users should examine before installation, all parts of bed surface should accord with drawing, whole spare parts, appearance should be without losen.

(2). Install the linker and four link block at the head of hammock, adjusting the height and exact position the installing center of couch surface should be consistent with the center of couch head linker.

(3).Suspending installation shouldn’t collide the couch surface,  in order to avoid part of side board are anamorphic.

(4). After the installment of bed surfaces, the holes of link bolts should be corresponding within measure of tightness, no clearance should appear between the bearing and link parts to avoid noise and wear. 

(5). After inspection of the links, operate the machine with out materials. Inspect wether the bed surfaces moves placidly, wether relax, shaking and among the links, noises and the adjustment of transverse gradient.

(6). Operate the shaving beds with if there is no problem. Adjust the quantity of ore feeding and feeding concentration, stoke speed, perverse and rinse.
