SHJ single shaft mixer is a horizontal and a batch type mixer .It has the special rotor stricture and high
degree of homogeneity.The gap between rotor and machine case can be adjusted.There is the
wide -door or fullopened door at the bottom,no residual.Both the ends of machines are designed
double deck,avoid to leakage materials;The discharge outlet is controlled by pneumatic (also dynamic
electric or manual),making the action more accuracy and sealing function much better.The oil pipe is installed inside the machine.
The whole structure is reasonable,nice appearance .It is convenient for operation and maintenance.

We can make two kinds of outlet door.

one is outlet door by manual,each batch finished mixing,take turn the outlet holder by hands,the raw materials can g out.

The other outlet door by pneumatic,this is automatic opening the door by setting.

1.We can chack the machine with raw material,make the machie working video sent to our customer,until customer satisfied ,they can pay the balance,we will arrange the loading details.

2.After you confirm the order, we will figure out the delivery date according to the model and production schedule. For general models, we will
arrange production in 7 days or so and we will notify you of the exact phase of production process.
