All processes of melting, oxidation refining and reduction smelting can happen in on TBRC with super-sonic air lancer and perfect off-gas system, which can rotate 360° during any operation, so TBRC becomes “multi-function furnace” in field of metallurgy plants.

WEEE Recycle

TBRC treats well of original WEEE (circuit board and electronic elements) and produce Copper cathode, anode slime.

WEEE smelting in TBRC

1. Metal will be discharged as blister Copper

2. Silica will be discharged as silica slag

3. Plastic will be burned into CO2 and H2O, and discharged as off-gas

4. Bromide will change to dioxin which will be discharged as off-gas. Then the dioxin will decompose into CO2 and H2O

2. Fe&Ni&Sn will be discharged as slag
