Introduction:

 

Open the door of the body of cracking reactor, then put scrap tires into the cracking reactor.The body of the cracking reactor will be heated up by the fuel under it. The scrap tires will be decomposed when it is heated up to a certain temperature in the cracking reactor.

 

 

Process feature:

 

There is no need to remove impurities,such as silt, water, iron wire and so on. Put the  waste tyres with catalyst into the high temperature cracking processor directly at ordinary pressure to heat and catalyze, to distill the gas-state oil and condense it as mixed oil. So the gas and diesel is distilled through Fractionation kettle, by sedimentation and filtration treatment and adding additives, qualified fuel oil is produced. No matter what kind the tires are, they can be pyrolyzed by our synthetic additives more quickly and sufficiently, ensuring the oil yield of waste tires reaches above 75%.

 

  

Environmental protection:

 

Dispose waste gas, liquid, and residue in the process:
1. Waste gas: Transferring through two safety devices: water block & gas nozzle. Fully burning not only eliminates air pollution but also minimizes the quantity of fuels.
2. Waste liquid: in the process of oil disposing, it produces some waste acidic water, counteracting the liquid by adding some alkali liquor. After three-level filtration, the neutral waste water with no harm to the environment is discharged.
3. Waste solid. The solid residua will be left after the catalytic splitting from waste tires, approximately composes about 5% to 10% of the whole weight. Its main component is the thick black carbon. It can be the raw material of the carbon black for production industry. Also it could be mixed with the pulverized coal ash, which is used for the raw material in the thermal power plant, to manufacture pulverized coal ash brick.

 

Safety:

 

1. Our factory uses auto welding machine for the reactor, which can improve the working efficiency and guarantee the quality of welding lines, so that can avoid explosion caused by gas leak.

2. Professional testing for the reactor before sending from factory, which can guarantee the safety of the plant.

3. Our plant includes professional thermometer, pressure gauge and safety valve to make sure the safety.

4. We have special design for dealing with the exhaust gas(C1 to C4), during our process, it is safety burned through the  special designed device.
