1. What's your major clients?

Alessi, WMF, HABA, Wikson, Lassig, MATALAN, Staples, Williams-Sonoma, Quirky, Macy’s, Rosti Mepal,LF, NESTLE and so on.

2. The Standard of Stainless Steel material.

American: 201, 202, 410, 420, 430, 304, 316.

Japan: SUS201, SUS202, SUS410, SUS420, SUS430, SUS304, SUS316.

German: 13/0, 18/0, 18/8, 18/10.

18/0=430, 18/8=304, 18/10=316

3. What‘s the difference from 18/0,18/8,18/10?

For 18/8, it means the material have 16%~18%, the number 18 means chrome 18%, and number 8 means nickle has 8%.

For 18/0, it also means chrome 16%~18%, but the nickle is zero, because the nickle is very expensive, 18/8 is much more expensive than 18/0.

For 18/10, it means chrome 16%~18%, but nickle is 10%.

Actually, the material 18/8 and 18/10 are the same material, because the tolerance of nickle is 8%~10%.

In china, we select 8% as our standard, but in Europe, people will select higher percentage as their standard. So we call it 18/8 in china and Europe people call it 18/10. 

4. The products could pass the test? As EU, FDA, LFGB?

The material of 201, 430, 304 could pass the reference test, if u have plastic handle cutlery set, ABS handle could pass all the test.

5. How about the logo on the cutlery set?

1). Stamp on the handle. (Engraving)

2). Laser on the handle.

3). Etching on the handle.

6. What is the price?

The price is decided by 8 factors: Material, Size, color, quality, polishing, package, Quantity and Accessories.

7. How about the samples?

Sample Lead Time: the existing samples 2-3days, but for the new design cutlery, a new mould is indeed.
Sample Set-up Fee: 
1. It's free for all for a regular customer. For existing samples, they are free if freight collected.
2. For new customers, 200-500usd for new samples, it is fully refundable when order confirmed(based on the quantity).

8. How about the mass production time?

It takes 15-20 days for MOQ. We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.

9. What is the Terms of Payment?
Credit Card, TT(Wire Transfer), L/C, DP, OA.

Payment term(T/T):  30% deposit in advance and balance 70% before shipping.

10. What is the surface Finishing Options? 

Satin finishing, Tumble finishing, Mirror finishing (Cloth round light or Linen wheel light)

1). SS430 cutlery always use mirror finish linen wheel light; but if u want the cheaper price, we could use tumble finishing.

2). SS304 cutlery always use mirror finish cloth round light.

11. How many days for shipping?
Shipping Methods and Lead Time:
By Express: 3-5 working days to your door (DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx...)
By Air: 5-8 working days to your airport
By Sea: Pls advise your port of destination, the exact days will be confirmed by forwarders,

and the following lead time is for your reference.
Europe and America (25 - 35 days), Asia (7-10 days), Australia ( 16-23 days).
