Briquetting is a process that biomass is compressed under high pressure and high temperature.The self bonding of biomass to form a briquette involves the thermo plastic flow of the biomass.The lignin content that occurs naturally in biomass is liberated under high pressure and temperature. Lignin serves as the glue In the briquetting process, thus binding, compressig

the biomass to form into high density briquettes.

During this process, no binder needs to be used. So the output briquette is a type of clean and green fuel that is ideal for use In

furnaces, boilers and open fires.

Raw Material

The briquette machine can be used in producing high quality wood charcoal stick with low cost sawdust, corn cob and peanut

shell,cotton stalk, tree branch, etc.

Briquette Machine Requires

The size of the raw materials is alike sawdust, moisture is 7-12%.

If the raw materials is not sawdust, pls use wood crusher ;if the moisture is higher than 12%,pls dry it .
