1.Main base: choose high strengthen steel and special welding technology which is more strong and durable;

2.Mould head: mechnical and hydraulic synchronized drive, the same plate height error very limited and uniformed;

3.Color spreader: choose sense and hydraulic proportion drive technology, slip-discharge, color spreading fast and balanced;

4.Vibrating: choose electric hydraulic technology to drive, and frequency can be adjusted to realize low frequency feeding and high frequency forming.

5.Control panel: computer control, the controlling system can upgrade as request.
