The introduction of production lines

This livestock and poultry feed production line is designed and manufactured by HENAN HENGMU MACHINERY CO., LTD . 

The production process involves raw materials receiving and cleaning system, crushing system,mixing system, pelletizing system, screening system, crumbling system, packing system, liquid adding system, steam applying system, compressed air system and electric control system. 

The process not only can be used to produce all kinds of compound feed for ordinary livestock and poultry, suce as pig, cattle, chicken and duck, etc., also can be used for various common fish feed, is a comprehensive strongly feed production and processing technology.

The main machinery in this process are: permanent magnet drum, hammer mill, mixer, pellet machine, cooler, rotary screener, crumbler, sewing and converor.
