Introduction of MTW roller mill:

The whole set Europe-type roller mill includes main unit, powder concentrator, blower, jaw crusher, bucket elevator, magnetic vibrating feeder, hopper, bag dust collector, pipe equipment, cyclone powder collector, electric control cabinet, motor and so on. The Yuhong Europe grinding mill is cube structure, small floor space, strong complete set, and the main transmission device adopts closed gear box, smooth transmission.

Working principle of MTW roller mill:  

Europe-type mill adopts centralized control electrical system, with reasonable and advanced selection of model, high degree of automation, small and light vibration feeder, easy control and electricity saving.

The big material is crushed to needed size by the jaw crusher, and then it will be delivered to the hopper by elevator, through the magnetic vibrating feeder be evenly sent to main unit cavity to be grinded. The grinded powder will go up along with the blower air, through the powder concentrator to be classified.
