Flotation production line consists of vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, vibrating screen, swinging feeder or electromagnetic vibrating feeder, ball mill, Spiral classifier or high frequency screen, agitating vessel(agitator tank), flotation separator, concentrator, filter, drier and so on, assorting with belt conveyor to form complete flotation production line. Flotation production line work flow is as follows:

 

 

Mining ore first is preliminary broken by the jaw crusher,crushing to a reasonable degree of fineness, by elevator and feeder, evenly feed into the ball mill,and then crush and grind by ball mill.After grind by ball mill,ore fine material access the next process-classification.With the help of the principle of different precipitation speed as solid particle's proportion is different,spiral classifier wash and grading for ore mixture.After washed and gradinged, when ore mixture goes through magnetic separator,as all kinds of mineral magnetic susceptibility is different,magnetic force and machanical force separate magnetic materials from mixture.After magnetic separator preliminary separate,mineral grain is send into flotation machine,according to different mineral character,add different drugs to make wanted mineral ore separate from other materials.After the desired minerals are separated out,because it contains a lot of water,so it must first be concentrated by the thickener,then dried by the dryer to get dry materials.

1.Jaw Crusher

1.Cone Crusher

3. Vibrating Screen

 

 

Yuhong Band Wet ball mill is used widely in the ore beneficiation industry,as well as the building material industry such as glass. 
During the producing phase, the material and water are mixed together to grind in the ball mill. Under the effect of the flowing water,the material will get a better flow ability so the processing capacity will be higher. 
We usually control the granularity of the final product with spiral classifier, hydraulic cyclone or high frequency screen etc. The product is slurry which can make fully preparation for the following concentrating and other procedure. Wet ball mill as the most important machine of ore beneficiation field, the performance of ball mill determines the whole producing plant quality. The common wet ball mill are grate type and overflow type. We should choose the suitable type according to the specific condition.

5. Spiral Classifier

  6.. Flotation Machine

8. Vacuum Filter or Frame Filter Press
