Machine Introduction                                                                   

1>  The toothpick machines are used for producing bamboo toothpicks or wood toothpicks, the complete equipment consist of 8-11 machines, some of them are optional according to your actual situation.

2>  You can make two different kinds of toothpicks: one-end-sharp and two-end-sharp. You can make one of them just change one machine only! And texture pattern can be customized.

3>  The size of the toothpick can be adjustable, the normal size of the toothpicks is diameter 2.0mm, the length 65mm.

4>  The machines can produce700000-1000000 pieces toothpick every 8 hours by 4-5 labors.

This machine is used to saw raw bamboo. Saw bit can saw the whole raw bamboo into required length.

This machine is used for cutting the required length raw bamboo into pieces with fixed width.

This machine is used to slice the bamboo with required size, also remove the bamboo joint.

This machine is used to draw the slice to wire-like bamboo thread. The threads have the same width and thickness as the toothpick. This machine applies to make bamboo toothpick, food peg wood and so on.

This machine applies to set size of wooden or bamboo thread. The length is about 260-300mm. After cutting the thread, the thread can be cutted into toothpick length by toothpick ruler fixer.

This machine is used to set size of wooden or bamboo thread. The length is about 65mm, just as the length of toothpick. It consists of fixed clamp, motor, saw bit and foundation bed. The fixed is installed in a removable frame. 

This machine applies round toothpick, wood chopsticks, barbecue pegwood and other food pegwood. The motor pull the hopper back and forth, and then sticks rub each other and become smooth.
