 Compared with other disinfection form, UV sterilizer has the following advantages:

is smaller. Lower in operation, it costs only half than that chlorine disinfection in kiloton water treatment.

1. Water flow rate: 0.44-2200GPM (0.1-500ton/hr) which can meet with different water capacities.

2. Warranty: 10 years warranty for stainless steel housing, other components are 1 year.

3. Material: Use SS304 or SS316L material for reaction chamber, combined with full-automatic welding. All connections are smoothly without any corner.

4. Chamber: Internal & external polishing mirror chamber with high brightness for greatly improved UV intensity 

and sterilize effect.

5. Thickness: The thickening design of chamber which is strictly tested air & water pressure before shipping. It can 

withstand 0.8 Mpa, and fully prevents from water leakage.

6. Lamp: Use imported low-pressure but high-strength mercury lamp, which has 9000-13000 hrs service life(Max); assorted with high-efficiency electron ballast, it improves product service life and effect, so that the sterilizing rate up to 99.99%.

7. Standard:The whole system adopts America NSF55 standard of “Ultraviolet microbial water treatment 

equipment” and domestic Ultraviolet sterilizer industry standard for living and drinking water of CJ/T204-2000.

8. Lamp tube:Use America Hanovia lamp tube.
