Tips of JS series twin shaft compulsory concrete mixer:
1.The concrete aggregate should be strictly screened within the maximum size to avoid block material. The material in the mixing tube should be within the specified feeding capacity to avoidpower overload; 2.The clearance between mixing blade and the mixing drum end shoule be always checked. Once the gap exceeds standards, it makes the cylinder and cylinder bottom salvage of the bond layer too thick, increasing the cleaning difficult and reduce the mixing efficiency.
