SLJ series mobile continuous mixer is the high efficiency machine.

It's applied to mixing use for plastering mortar, masonry mortar, floor mortar, and decorative mortar; suitable for combination use with a variety of mortar pumps.

It has metering water supply regulation, limited time specified supplying capacity, continuous mixing of various ready-mixed dry mortars; the blades are scattered in mixing area without free space.

With modular structure, it's easy to move reflecting the maximum construction flexibility.

Technical parameters

1.  SLJ series continuous mortar mixer is always equipped with plastering machine and screw mortar conveyor. 

Firstly, use the mortar conveyor to convey dry premixed mortar.

Secondly,  SLJ series continuous mortar mixer can mix mortar with water automatically.

Thirdly, JP70-P plastering machine spray the wet-mixed mortar to wall which can acheive 1000-1200m2 in large plastering area.

2.  SLJ series continuous mortar mixer can control the proper water amount to mixing with premixed mortar. SLJ can mix 65L/min continuously and automatically, this total speed is much faster 2times than mixing by manual.
