Rotary kiln refers to rotary calcining kiln which belongs to building material equipment. According to the material types to be processed, rotary kiln can be divided into cement kiln, metallurgical chemical kiln and limestone/lime kiln.

So this 1200TPD Rotary Cement Kiln is Used in 1500TPD Cement Plant or Cement Production Process Line, the size of it is 3.3x50M, it can produce 1200tons per day cement clinker.

Application of Rotary Cement Kiln:

Rotary kiln is burning kiln (commonly known as the Rotary Kiln), the building materials equipment category. Kiln by handling different materials can be divided into cement kiln, metallurgical and chemical kiln and lime kiln. 

Kiln for metallurgical chemicals are mainly used for the metallurgical industry magnetized iron steel plant poverty roasting; Chromium, nickel iron oxide roasting; Roasting high alumina refractory plant and soil aluminum ore roasting clinker, aluminum hydroxide; Chemical baking powder chromium and chromium ores and minerals. Lime kiln (Lime kiln activity) for baking steel plants, ferroalloy plant by the light of burning lime and dolomite.

1.Through technical renovations, the cylinder rotary kiln sintering system equipment made by our company has adopted high measuring precession plunger pump, variable speed adjusted valve, contact graphite block air seal and other national advanced technologies.

2. In order to rise up limestone kiln automation degree, industrial TV has been used at the kiln head for monitoring of kiln, analog fluorescent screen has been used for display of process flow; infrared scanning system has been adopted for sintering zone to directly reflect the burning conditions on the computer.

With the use of these new technologies, cement kiln/lime rotary kiln is directly in vision, convenient in operation and reliable in use.

3.Therefore, thermal condition can be raised. Compared to been raised 3-5% up, production has been increased 5-10% and heat consumption has been reduced 15% down.
