Application scope

TB series bucket lift conveyor is widely used in power plant, metallurgy, cement, chemical, light industry and so on. It is used for lifting  coal cinder ,piece coal, crushed stone, mineral stone, egg stone, dry and bulk and fluidity power, granular and block material  and so on. The material density is not more than 2 t/m³, the site temperature is not more than 250⁰C.

Operating principle

When the driving device start working , it drives the puley to make the chains with buckets to do the circular movement  from the below of the tail  to the top of the head  The head section has  outlet and the tail section has inlet.

The bucket is filled with material and run to the head section, then the material is thrown out from the outlet under the action of centrifugal force according to the parabolic design.With the running, the empty bucket is back to the below tail section and be filled material from the inlet again,then be lifted up to do parabolic discharge movement . So this cycle  finish the vertical transport of materials.

1.It need small installation space and can lift more materials. it can convey the power, for example the calcined soda, salmiac, coal powder etc.

2.The transmission capacity is large. Lift the capacity up to 480 m³/h.
