Function

Sawdust Rotary valve is used to prevent the coal dust or ash particle not happen air channeling phenomenon, maintain the powder flow smoothly from a pressure range into another pressure range, the above and below flange dimension is the same.

Application

Sawdust Rotary valve is applicable to power plants, cement plants, chemical plants and other industries as conveying material system, to convey dry powder material air lock or quantitative feeding. It can also be used for dust collector and air preheaters bucket to discharge the ash, it is  ideal accessory transport to unloading and batching system.

1, Cycloid pin wheel reducer, the transmission mechanism is simple and reliable.

2, Rotary valve body material is made of cast iron, high temperature wear resistance, not easy to deformation because of temperature changes.

3, Rotary valve bearing and bearing housing are away from the body, the dust is not easy to enter inside the bearing, and can reduce the influence of bearing material with high temperature, long service life.

4, The internal star impeller made of 45# steel or Stainless steel, wear resistance.
