Packaging

The common package, each hammock is in an OPP bag, and 25 pieces hammock are in a 45*45*40cm carton/ 38 pieces hammock are in a 60*60*45cm carton. Also, the hammock package could be customized as the box in the above picture or the package could be the color cardboard box.

Shipping And Payment

Delivery Terms: 

1. Express air shipping, DHL / TNT / UPS / FedEx, all of them will takes   around 5-7 days; Sample and small orders(less then 1000 pieces) . Sea Shipping, it takes around 35-40 days.  Large order (More Than 1000 pieces)

2. DDU Service(Door to Door delivery): Acceptable. Please advise the detailed address information.

Q1. What is the product made of ? 

A1. The hammock is made of Nylon 210T fabric, i.e. 70D Nylon. Also, the hammock could be made of Ripstop Nylon Fabric.

Q2. Can the product color be changed? If so what color options are available?

A2. The hammock color could be customized in 20 kinds of color. Please check the color option in the "Customized Hammock Information" above.

Q3. Does the product come with straps to use the hammock?

A3. The standard hammock comes with hammock self sack, two 2m rops and two iron carabiners in a OPP bag. The strap, logo, tag and other accessories are the extra cost.

Q4. Can you supply a sample of the product? If so what is the cost of the sample?

A4. If you want to customize the hammock without logo, tag and strap, the sample cost is USD20. By the way, please advise the detailed address information. The frieght will be sent to you soon.
