Gabion Wire Mesh is also called heavy hexagonal wire netting. It is made from high grade Carbon steel iron wire, heavy zinc coated wire, PVC coated wire through twisting and braiding by machine, It is mainly used in supporting and protecting side slope and basis pit, mountain rock hanging mesh, green guard rail netting on side slope, railway guard netting. Heavy Hexagonal wire netting also can be worked into stone cage or stone cage cushion, and used in reservoir, river or dyke for closure.

 

 

 

The Production Process of Gabion Wire Mesh:

Surface treatment and  character: 

 

 

 

 1)Electro galvanized wire:the zinc content can only up to 10g/m²,so the ability of anticorrosion is not good enough.

 

 

 

2)Hot dipped galvanized wire:the zinc content can up to 300g/m²,it's ten times as much as electro galvanized wire,and the ability of anticorrosion is relatively good.

 

 

 

3)Galfan(allumen):  This product is divided into two kinds of material:zinc 5% aluminum - mixed rare earth alloy steel wire, zinc and 10% aluminum mixed rare earth alloy steel wire. Both of them are have superior corrosion resistance .

 

 

4)PVC coated: The thickness of PVC coated 1.0mm thickness, for example: 2.7mm coated after become 3.7mm. It also has strong anti-corrosion
