Installation and commissioning of vacuum drying oven:

1.Vacuum drying box should be placed in a well ventilated room without strong vibration,can not be placed around the flammable dry goods.

Usage Method of vacuum drying oven:

3.When the required working temperature is low,can use two ways,such as the required working temperature is 60 ℃,the first time can be set to 50 ℃, and the temperature overshoot began to fall after the second set,60 ℃,which can reduce or even eliminate the temperature overshoot,thermostatic state as soon as possible.

4.According to the different drying moisture level,different,choose different drying time, such as a longer drying time, vacuum degree, vacuum pumping recovery again, should first open the vacuum pump motor switch, then open the vacuum valve.

5.After the end of the dry,turn off the power switch,rotary valve,vacuum lift the box,and then open the door to take articles.(vacuum release, because the sealing ring and the glass door stopper tightly deformation is not easy to immediately open the oven door,should wait for a moment,the sealing ring back,toopen the door.)

Attention of vacuum drying oven:

1.The box should be effectively grounded,to ensure safety.

2.Vacuum box does not need continuous pumping,first close the vacuum valve, then turn off the power vacuum pump motor,or vacuum pump oil to flow into the tank.

3.When removing the processed items,such as dealing with flammable liquids,must wait until after the temperature cooled to below the ignition point,can be placed into the air to avoid oxidation reactions cause a fire.

4.No proof vacuum chamber devices,explosive materials shall be placed in dry.

5.The best cross between a vacuum tank and pump took the filter body to prevent moisture entering the vacuum pump.

Maintenance of vacuum drying oven:

1.Vacuum box should be kept clean,soft cotton cloth to wipe the box door glass,chemical solution to avoid using a reaction to wipe,lest produce chemical reaction and scratches glass.

2.If vacuum drying box is not use for a long time,should be coated with neutral oil or vaseline in the plated parts,in order to prevent corrosion,and sets of plastic film cover on the drying chamber,so as not to affect the use of electrical damping.
