1. Is OEM available?

A: We accept OEM including personal LOGO and customized color.
Usually clients will pay the customized charge, it is the 1% of the total value and the MOQ of OEM is 3000pcs.
But during the promotion sales activity in December the MOQ OEM is 2000pcs and no extra charge.

2. What is about payment?
Payment term is 20%TT in advance and balance before shipment.
We accept order on Alibaba and payment through trade assurance.
We also have Australian and American bank account of our local branch company.
We recommend PayPal for sample order because it will take more bank charge through our American bank account.
If you want other payment way please let me know.

4. What certificates does it have?
A: We now have CE and FCC.
We have MSDS report, UN38.3 report and report for safe transport of goods, which are necessary for electronic products.
If your country needs other certificate please let us know.

5. What can be offered for after-sales service?
We would like to offer one-year warranty for you.
Damages to the air pump caused by abuse, abnormal operation, unauthorized disassembly, inappropriate storage, the use of non-specified power supply and the use of non-specified accessories are not included in the warranty coverage.
But we will offer 2 free pumps each 100pcs for you in case that the pump is founded cannot be charged or work because of its own problems.
And if the quantity of pump with its own problems exceeds 2% of the total order quantity, please delivery them back to us, we may need to have a strict inspect to verify the reason and we will make it up for you in the next order.
Anyway we would like to offer our service to satisfy our clients' need as long as we can do, it just need a full communication between us.
