Auto line consists of feeding shelf, leveling and grooving device, hydraulic notching and punching device, hydraulic plate-shearing machine, displacement-type pittsburgh lock former, automatic feeding platform, double-driven TDF flange former(or single-hem angle iron flange former) and full-automatic computer control system. Nothing, punching and plate-shearing parts are driven in the hydraulic manner. Line IV is cost-effective and efficient, and it saves space. It is very suitable for manufacturing TDF, TDC, angle iron flange with another hydraulic folder. The maximum feeding speed is 16m/min, length tolerance is ±0.5mm. The computer system adopts closed-loop feedback system which guarantees high precision.
Basic equipment:
1. Two sets of electrical feeding frames(3000*1900*950mm*2)
2. One machine including leveler, grooving roller machine, notching die, square die and shearer
3. One displacement-type pittsburgh lock former
4. One automatic feeding platform
5. One double-driven TDF flange former(or single-hem angle iron flange former)
6. One full-automatic computer control system
7. One electric control cabinet
