Product Profile: 

DW-CT1000M Total Organic Carbon Analyzer applies 680 ℃ catalytic combustion oxidation technique. It imports the sample together with the cleaned gas (high purity oxygen) to the high temperature combustion tube and low temperature reaction tube. After going through the high temperature combustion tube, the organic carbon and inorganic carbon among the sample are converted into carbon dioxide by high-temperature catalytic oxidation,and after going through the low temperature reaction tube, the inorganic carbon among the sample is converted into carbon dioxide by acidification. Both kinds of carbon dioxide produced in the reaction tube are imported into  non-dispersive infrared gas detector NDIR sequentially, where the CO₂will be detected. Thus the  total carbon (TC) and inorganic carbon (IC) contained in the water can be measured. The total organic carbon (TOC) is equal to total carbon minus the inorganic carbon. This instrument is mainly used by pharmaceutical companies in cleaning validation and measuring the organic matters of surface water, groundwater, sewage, industrial waste water, tap water, purified water, etc.

Each time to measure it needs to consume 0.5μL distilled water, 2ml dilute phosphoric acid, about 2000ml high purity oxygen (under the standard conditions: the flow rate is 100ml/min, ventilation time is 20min.);  

11. NDIR detector's CO2 detection has good linearity and high accuracy. The CO2 signal is converted to a peak curve, and then the TOC value will be figured out by a built-in data processor (TOC = TC - IC);

12. Catalytic combustion oxidation method has a strong oxidation ability, almost all of the organic matters can be oxidized and it is of stable performance. 680 ℃ is almost below the melting points of all salt so that the life of the catalyst and the combustion tube will be extend. This is of great importance when the object is salty water sample;

13. It has a 7 inch high resolution widescreen, and applies WinCE system, easy to operate;

14. With electronic cooling module and membrane dehydration technology, it ensures the dehydration efficiency of the whole system, which makes it easy to protect the detector;

15. The consumption of carrier gas is greatly reduced by controlling the use of carrier gas;

16. With a stylus printer, can print as required.
