 Main features of the centrifuge

This PD type automatic centrifuge is the modified product of SS three foot centrifuge, with the advantages of SS three foot ones, also it reduces labor intensity, discharge fast, easy to wash the bags and improve production

 efficiency. It is suitable for solid phase separation with loose high, moderate size. Easy compression,

 require washing. Liquid is ofviscosity and smaller  suspension.

Working principle of the centrifuge

The drum runs with high speed by motor, materials enter the drum from top feed pipe ,then run forward to the shell of the drum by 

centrifugal force, in this case liquor pass through the sieve pore of the shell, then flow out from the pipe. 

And solids hold in the drum. After the separation open the machine, loosen the lock blocks on lip ring, and

 suspend the lip ring together with the filter bags containing cake to discharge. Loosen the grip, make sure 

the filter bag open, with the lifting device, discharge the cake to the place you need.

This type centrifuge to the filtering of toxic and flammable 

solution, it has found wide application in such as chemical, pharmacy, food, light industry, etc. Like gypsum,

 thiamine, mirabilite, ferric sulfate, copper sulfate, nickel sulfate, potassium chloride, acetic acid, borax, soda,

 rubber additives, dye, plastic raw material, soap, grease, all kinds of resins, food salt, sodium glutamate, 

food additives, starch sugarmaking, vitamins, antibiotics, herbicide, insecticide, insecticide, the dehydration

 of such mineral fines as copper, zinc, aluminum, etc.
